De kamer isPart of a 3 1/2 shared flat. It is around 20m^2. It has also a private balcony, with a wonderful view looking at the surrounding hills. The room will be mostly unfurnished, as the only furniture that will remain in it will be the couch, the white chair, the lamp, and the balcony furniture.
The gross monthly rent is 720.- plus wifi (12.-) and electricity (around 20.- but it is variable). Heating is billed annually. We are currently trying to get the rent down, so a good surprise could happen :)
The kitchen is well furnished, with a dishwasher.

We are ideally looking for an independent student who is starting his/her master's/bachelor's study in Zurich. As I'm almost at the end of my studies, and Federico is currently working in Winterthur, we are looking for someone with a long-term plan to stay to take over as the main tenant in September/October.
We love to talk in the apartment, so we are looking for someone open and social, who is willing to participate in the apartment life from time to time :). Write something about yourself, why are you coming to Switzerland/Zurich what your plans are in the near future :)
