CHF 1,100.- per month (all incl.)+ CHF 100 cleaning fee per month, a deposit of CHF 1,000 is required, no registration option preferred (we can discuss about this depending on the length of your stay) and you should have a liability insurance that applies for CH.

TEMPORARY fully furnished BEDROOM (9.5 sqm) in a shared flat (74 sqm) with one female roommate (a professional in her 40s).
Your bedroom is fully furnished in a minimalistic style (bed, clothes hanging rack and desk, and if you want, you'll get bed sheets/ towels). It has a window you can fully open.
The whole flat is fully furnished and equipped with most of the stuff one needs: a living room with a nice view and big windows/ access to the balcony, kitchen with all you need (fridge, big freezer apart), bathroom with bath/ shower (with a window), hall with wardrobe to share, balcony with a nice view. We have floor heating, a dishwasher, and a lift. The washing room is shared according to a plan. A very nice cleaning lady comes ca. every 2-3 weeks (she cleans the bedrooms, too).

CHF 1'100.- pro Monat (alles inkl.)+ CHF 100.- Reinigungsgebühr pro Monat, Kaution von CHF 1,000, keine Anmeldemöglichkeit bevorzugt (es haengt von der Aufenthalt ab, wir koennen dies besprechen) und du solltest eine Haftpflichtversicherung haben, was in der CH gültig ist.
TEMPORÄRES, möbliertes ZIMMER (9,5 qm) in einer Wohngemeinschaft (74 m2) mit einer Mitbewohnerin (berufstätigt um die 40).
Dein Schlafzimmer ist komplett in einem minimalistischen Stil eingerichtet (Bett, Kleiderstange und kleiner Schreibtisch, und wenn du magst, erhältst du Bettwäsche / Handtücher). Es hat ein Fenster, das man vollständig öffnen kann.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet: Wohnzimmer mit schöner Aussicht und grossen Fenstern/ Zugang zum Balkon, Küche mit allem, was man braucht (Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank), Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche (mit Fenster), Flur mit Garderobe zur Mitbenutzung, Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Wir haben Fussbodenheizung, einen Geschirrspüler und einen Aufzug. Der Waschraum wird nach einem Plan mitbenutzt. Eine sehr nette Putzfrau kommt ca. alle 2-3 Wochen (sie putzt auch die Schlafzimmer).
